it's my biggest struggle, I do so well and then out of nowhere I get the urge to eat anything and everything in sight and then I'm so disgusted with myself I comfort eat!!! It's a horrible viscous circle! I've never figured out a way to overcome it :(

Thanks guys, I got a result from fitclick, it asks for height and body weight so it calculated that I'd burn 348 cals from doing it :)

Wow! I could've written that myself! This is also my goal, I'll be 39 in July and I want this year to be fit and healthy so that when I hit 40 I'm in maintance and not crash dieting! I've lost a stone this month, exercise exercise exercise is the way to go for me! x
