I have switched my creamer for almond milk. I can add a cup, which is too much of course, but I usually have a couple cups of joe, but 1 cup is 30 calories, and 1 carb. I would go with shrimp fajita's, with no wrap. I ask for jalapenos to kick it up. I make myself my own little nachos. Our fave Mexican Restaurant has a lower calorie section now, which helps also. Good luck, and enjoy.
