I am almost 2 years post VGS and have just been doing my own thing for about the last 3 months. I have hit the brick wall.
I initially lost 80 lbs the first 6 months but have not lost anything for a long time. I try to stay focused but I let the carbs and my bad habits get in the way. Carbs are definitely my addiction although I do not eat bread pasta rice or drink pop anymore.
So today I am recommitting myself to the tool I have chosen to help me live a healthier lifestyle.
Put myself first, walk, drink water, track my food, stay positive.
I am looking for motivation and support. I will take all the support I can get.
I know I can do this.
I would love to lose another 40lbs.
Thanks in advance.

Another carb watcher. I'm doing the same. I never counted carbs before, I've tried reducing them, but never really taken it seriously. Oh my, carbs are all over the place. I had no clue. I've been really trying since Monday, and I started logging this Wednesday. I've started a 30 day yoga camp off of youtube, and shockingly I love it. Also throwing in yard work, and some resistance training. Tomorrow, I'm bumping it up. Add me, and we can give each other ideas. I struggle more so, by not eating any meat except fish. Already eggs, and tuna sound like a chore...I'm thinking tofu. lol never did I think I'd say that.
