In terms of challenging portion-control foods: Pizza. It's hard to just have one or two slices. Dry sugary cereal like fruit loops, honey nut cheerios. Serving size is usually 3/4 cup... not very much Trail mix. Self-explanatory.

4'9 & 100lbs. Close to my goal, too. I customize my calorie goal using a TDEE calculator and ignore MFP's recommendations. MFP wants me to do 1200 calories a day because I'm so small, but I have no problem eating 1300-1400. Do what works for you.

vanilla roasted almonds from the 100 calorie package. 5 or 6 large strawberries with one square of melted dark chocolate. 100 calorie chobani strawberry greek yogurt. a medium apple sprinkled with cinnamon and a tablespoon of melted peanut butter.
