Mine will either not add any calories or add calories from my workouts.

I loved my ninja until it broke on me the other day. It lasted 7 months.

Beanitos. They're a bean chip. They have a great crunch. Also, pita chips with hummus.

You're so right. I still have weight to lose, which is taking it's sweet time. It's slower than molasses lol. I also have a marathon on I'll be doing next year. So, I won't put it off. I'll start researching more into it while I'm working on one goal. Thanks

Thanks to both of y'all for answering my questions. I hope to do it one day. I could suck up wearing makeup :)
-
Wow. You look great. Good luck on the ironman. That's amazing.

Thanks for the read. A few questions for you. Do people not shave? I don't have the balls to wax. Does everyone wear makeup? Is it necessary? Are there a lot of people with stretch marks and lose skin? I know I have a long way to go before I get anywhere close to doing any competition. Thanks for any answers.

It took a while for specific changes to show. I had a double chin and no collarbone for up until about 160 pounds. I'm a runner too. I do notice my calves look great, no more cankles. Hang in there. You'll see a change. Hard work pays off.

There's a group called long distance running. They give great advice.

How much are you trying to lose? I was doing under 1200 calories. As I lost more weight, the calories got lower. It was very difficult to eat so little, 800 calories. So if you have a lot to lose, I wouldn't go so low to start with.

I was so happy when I could finally see mine. Great feeling

Take during pictures. I take them once a month. I should have done more. You'll see a difference in a picture better than by memory. It's so motivating to see how far you've come. I'm at 80 pounds and have 17 more to go :)

[/quote]It's not speed that's your limitation. Here's how you can prove that to yourself. Go out and run 100m as fast as you can. . . . I'll bet you ran it a whole lot faster that a 10 min mile. Maybe you ran it in 20 seconds. If so you were running about a 5 min mile. If that is the case, or if you ran it faster than 37…

I'm grateful for my super supportive husband. He has helped make this lifestyle change bearable. He ate healthy just because I did. He would even come out on some runs with me. He listens to all the gripes and puts up with my little spouts of hunger anger lol. I wouldn't have made it this far without him. I could go on…

Are you looking for advice, friends, and/or motivation? You can add me if you're looking for a friend.

It's a lifestyle change. You can't just knock it out real quick and be done. You have to continue to eat right and exercise or you will lose it. You're right, it's hard but it's so worth it.

Mine are sagging now. I still have 20 more pounds. I hope it doesn't get worse. They don't look to great in a bra either.

Hello, I'm down to my last 20 pounds. It is so much harder to lose now. You can add me if you're still looking for friends.

I've started to get cuts on my boobs. I tried body glide and it didn't help. I'm buying a new sports bra. I'm hoping that will help.
