So when someone asks what you weigh, do you say an in genera weight? Ball park it? What you weigh that day? Like for my drivers license. What do you put? Goal weight? I know it really doesn’t matter. Just curious.

I had been doing my routine workout for about 6 months to a year and I was bouncing around 195 to 185 for about 4 or 5 months before I stopped workout out around September or 2017. October 2017 is where I dropped from 190-185 weight range down to my now 172.

I'm having a horrible time with portion control. Even with my veggies, fibers and proteins. I am constantly over eating. Which I know is all me. I know the food scald game and use it but always go back for more even though I shouldn't. I was hoping to use meal shakes as a reset for a week or two.

That was what mfp gave me when I put in my settings Of sedentary activity and wanting to lose .5 lbs per week. I do use my food scale too. I also have hypothyroidism. Which adds to my difficulty, perhaps. I am treated thoughh so not sure why it would even be a factor.

So I have been at 1200 for about 1 1/2 months and literally lost nothing. Ive since bumped back up to 1600 but eat more like 1400. I did fib about my activity level to get the 1200 cals. Ive been back to 1600 for about a week now.

I do not eat back my exercise calories at all.

I am checked every 3 months. So far Doc is happy with my levels.
