Thanks I will do. One thing I never do again is increasing protein macros. I have experimented a lot on my body for two years. High protein diet is not my cup of tea. I am a vegetarian now. I am getting all my macros from fruits and vegetables. I am just consuming around 70gram of protein. Yes high protein diet is a myth.…

I am currently eating between 130-200. On the days i eat chicken i hit my goal of 200 else i hit around 130 with my vegetarian and egg diet

vary speed of your treadmill. High sprints followed by slow speed. Vary the incline position.

Go for plain Naan. Dont go for butter Naan :) You will have to do lot of cardio to burn that etc calories.

Go for Chicken Tikka/ Fish tikka, Chana Daal, Moong Daal, Missi roti. Mutter Paneer, Dahi Raita. All rich in protein :) I am Indian and thats all I eat to make gains :)

you need to eat in calorie deficit :of 500 by counting your macros or else add cardio in your daily routine. I am doing the same since last 7 months. My waist size reduced from 36 inches to 32 inches. Another two more inches to go still.
