I lost over 200 pounds and had very little sagging. I was obese the majority of my adult life. I did it with diet change and exercise so that may be the reason.

I successfully lost 200+ pounds in 11 months logging my food in MFP and moderate exercise (mostly walking and light aerobics). Like coreyreichle said, "one foot in front of the other...". You have to start somewhere. Keep at it each day, don't get discouraged when you have setbacks, just get back on and keep moving…

My wife, both my sons, my brother, and mom have profiles connected to mine, though none of them are actively using the tool much anymore. I think some of my cousins and in-laws are connected too.

I struggle with it as well. Even after successfully losing 200+ pounds (naturally). I do recommend working through the psychological issues with a professional if you cannot figure out strategies to conquer it. There are a number of great books out there too. I like "The Thin Commandments" by Stephen Gullo.
