this was me a little over a year ago!! i was 170, then i lost the weight i needed to then i build up my muscle, loving life and wont look back!! now I am 125, and I am 5 feet 4 inches tall,

I lift, I do CrossFit, I run, I work out 6 days a week, I also use ISAGENIX, and protein !!!0
