I have 130 lbs to lose. The key is to weaning yourself off of all of those bad items like fast food. You will have withdrawals (like I did with sugar and carbs--I still have issues with sugar but can forego pasta and such) but you'll soon get over it. Just keep yourself occupied with non-food activities. Only eat when you're hungry and drink a lot of non-sugary beverages! Healthy snacks are good. Don't deprive yourself. Allow yourself to have something you really like to eat once in a while and eat it slowly to enjoy it. It may sound stereotypical but it really works!0

HI I am Brandi and i have to lose about 100#s, I have been tracking for about 2 weeks now. I have been off of soda and doing 1100 calories a day. Anyone else have leg cramps? I think it is because of the drastic reduction in sodium.0

me, there's a lot to lose. i gained a lot of weight from being depressed and having a very dysfunctional relationship with food. trying to lose weight and regain some eating sanity. i've a friend's birthday on the 30th, so i'll try to make that my day off.0

It was a rough first week getting back on track, but still down 1.4lbs for my first week!! Feeling great and motivated to keep going this week. Going to do some food prep tonight for dinners and snacks this week to help keep me on track. Hope everyone has a great week!!

Oh no that's awful, I'm trying to give up fizzy drinks, I feel your pain, I allow myself at least one night a week as cold turkey is too hard

I have a 15 month old and until now had postpartum depression. I have 20 lbs to lose and have lost 6-8 of them by eating frequently and lowering the amount per meal. I was eating either once a day or binging all day before.

Add me if you like..I have lost 127lbs over 3 yrs but just put back on 22 and I'm struggling but i think we can do this with support..I'm a foodie, it makes me feel good also when I eat nothing matters until after I'm done eating then the guilt..I need help , I have such heart hunger it's unreal !!0

I have 52.5 to get rid of at this point. Coca-Cola was my biggest problem. I was having probably 6-7 cans a day. It's been 10 days since I've had a drop. Not really craving it anymore and the headaches have stopped. This site helps a lot I find but it would be nice to have a couple of friends.0
