Success. Next goal is to get to 20 lbs lost. I'm at 6 lost now. I also want to be able to run 5 mins without stopping.
-
Love that color! You look great.
-
How do you look at your net weekly calories? Do you just calculate them yourself or does MFP show you?
-
I've actually had an easier time. I assume it's because I've increased my water intake so much.
-
Water. I was drinking 2 to 3 Pepsi s a day and once I upped my water intake, the cravings went away. I now have one Pepsi every 2 weeks or so. I needed to keep Tylenol on hand those first few days without though because of headaches.
-
Not unless you let it! Time to get back on track and not dwell on past bad choices.
-
Your body weight isn't going to be constant . many factors go into it such as water weight. Just keep going and don't focus so much on the scale.
-
3 to 5 lbs of pure bloat. I tend to crave salty items which just increases the bloat of course.
-
Good for you for recognising a bad night but not letting it defeat you. Good luck doing better today.
-
Well I'm trying to set up healthy lifelong habits and not really diet so hopefully I'll continue to eat the same. If I go back to how I was eating, I'll just gain it all back and all this work will have been pointless.
-
I was totally craving arbys curly fries today on my way home from work. Glad I resisted. Tomorrow I'm gonna have a light snack before leaving so I'm not starving on my way home
-
Water. I noticed that I was often times mistaking thirst for hunger. Since I've increased my Water intake I've had a lot easier time staying within my calories

A massage and facial that my husband got me for Christmas then out to dinner on saturday. My husband's birthday is Valentine's day so then we'll probably pick up the kids from my mom and go out to eat with her. Lots of eating out so it'll be tough for me to make good choices

I just picked a number that sounds good. I'm not super attached to a certain number but was required to put something in ;)
-
I'm looking to lose around 70 lbs. Anyone can feel free to add me
-
I did it then two weeks later did another one and noticed a huge change in my stomach despite not seeing much of a change in the scale. So in that way it was very motivating for me.
-
Do you do it on a treadmill? I just use my calories from that although I know it's not always the most accurate. If I do it outside, I track my time and distance to figure out my mph rate and put that into my fitness pal. So yesterday I did 4 mph for 30 mins even though I technically didn't do 4 mph the whole time. Maybe…

I just realized I never changed my activity level from light to sedentary due to my new job. :( good bye 200 calories I thought I had.
-
60 to 70 lbs. I'm 5'7" around 200 lbs now.
-
Run a full mile. Lose at least 30 lbs this year. I have about 60 to 70 total to lose. Stick with this. I always start and give up after a couple weeks! This is the year that I stay faithful to keeping my calories down and continue to exercise.

Great post. I've been trying to make better decisions for the past couple weeks and noticed I've been getting hungry right after eating! Like hunger pangs and all. After I read your tip about making sure your drinking enough it kind of clicked for me that this typically happens on weekends when I'm not drinking as much…

I had about a 4 lb loss that first week but went up a lb this week. I'm not concerned cause I'm just starting out and it takes time to lose weight. My body is still adjusting to the new change in diet and activity
-
Get under 200. This is a mini goal because I'm really only 3ish lbs away give or take. I just think it'll be a good motivator for me since I'm just starting out.

26 with a 6 yr old and 3 yr old. I'm looking to lose between 60 and 70 lbs. Anyone can feel free to add me.

I do this too. I typically do my college work after 8 pm once my kids are in bed and I always end up eating chips or pretzels when I work on it. I already struggle keeping my calories under control so this always puts me over. I know I need to have better self control in this area.

CW 200-205 GW 140 My calories are set at 1800 and I typically eat around 2500. Working down to 1800 has been difficult for me. My portion sizes are definitely my biggest issue.

I made my journal private because if I didn't I would never log stuff out of embarrassment that people would see the crap I'm putting in my body. But if just I can see it, I'll log it and figure out how/where I need to change.

Please tell me the the fighting lessens as they get older! Mine are 5 & 2 and I'm amazed by how much they mess with each other already!
