This is so me right now. Its hard not to get discouraged and fall back into old habits. And the worst part is that I'm still making progress and still getting discouraged. Low self esteem is a tough thing to break.

My biggest motivation is myself. I want more energy to help me keep up with life lol. My biggest cheerleaders though are my kids and husband. I know they think I'm beautiful no matter what but I want to show them just how strong I am.

I want more energy. Got tired of being tired all the time, getting out of breath going up a flight of stairs, and not being able to keep up with my kids.

Depends on what you put in for your amount to lose each week. I'm 5'7" 186 female and my cals are currently set to 1510 so yes, yours seems low to me. If change your goal to lose 1 or .5 lbs a week and see what that gives you.

I have this too and I hate it. I don't think it will ever go away but I hope to at least make it smaller.

Adjust your calories if you've lost a fair amount of weight, chug the water, and set small achievable goals

Absolutely. I started noticing small changes around 3 weeks in. Great job on your loss.

A lot. It never lasted more than 2 weeks usually. I wouldn't see reults right away, get discouraged, and binge on all the things.
