1500-1700cal

I'm 6'1 247... I'm a bartender in a fast paced bar... I lift weights 5 days a week... Currently trying to keep my calories between 1500-1700 but I keep my protein intake at about 150-200 grams...I also take a fat burner supplement to control my appetite as well as boost my metabolism... Was wondering if this low amount of calories for my body type would be harmful in the long term? Thanks for the tips guys. Aloha

    I think that seems really low for your weight and height. I'm 5'7" , 185 female and my cals are set at 1510. I usually eat around 1600 with eating back exercise calories.

    You sound really active so you are going to burn more calories in your daily activities than I do at my desk job as well. I'd suggest your up your calories intake.

    I think you should be above 2000?
