I don't think it makes a big difference. I could see where some people might binge if they don't eat breakfast because they are hungry. I occasionally skip breakfast like today but it's not a regular pccurence.

Great post. A small gain occasionally is not a sign of failure.

I feel ya on that. My belly has definitely gotten smaller but still a lot of far. I know this sounds weird but I feel as if my belly fat is almost a different kind. More squishy lol.
-
No but I kind of wish I did. I don't have a tape measure either though.

I'm sure you'll gain some back from water weight. Sorry you got the bug.

I don't do anything really. I plan to take a new progress pic when I hit 15 to 20 lbs lost but that's just so I can see the physical changes side by side. Ots sometimes hard to notice gradual changes in the mirror.

Most days but I only officially track Friday's.

I hate cooking too and we are all pretty picky in my family. Probably because we've never had much exposure to other foods so our taste buds are used to all the sugar and salt. My husband does most of the cooking since he usually gets home from work before me. Our meals aren't the most nutritious but I work on keeping my…

Have for 32 days so far! Feel free to add me

Do you weigh at the same time each time? My morning weight is always lower than my evening weight. Just keep with what you are doing. Weight loss takes time and patience unfortunately ;)
-
I usually drink around 60 to 80 ounces

YOURE NOT FAT! But you should maybe start to think about what you put into your mouth because it's not a healthy lifestyle.
-
I usually eat a banana and a granola bar.

Drink more water. Increasing my water intake has cut down on almost all of my "cravings". I was able to quit drinking pepsi, cut out most fast food, and eliminate my late night snacking because I've started drinking more water. It doesn't mean I don't occasionally get them but it's not an every day occurence anymore.

That one bad day doesn't make me,a failure and is not an excuse to give up.
-
My weekends are always bad. I don't do anything to recover. Just go back to making better choices and continue exercising. Pretty simple and I don't beat myself up about it.
-
That person looking back at me in the mirror. I want to be able to enjoy things more and I can't do that at my current weight. I have no energy to play with my kids as much as I'd like and that sucks for me and them.
-
Good luck! I always do bad on the weekends. Too much eating out and snacking.

I'm about 45 minutes east of toledo! I'll add you if that's ok.
-
I'm usually 3 lbs heavier in the evening than when I first wake up.

5'7" and starting weight 205. Currently at 197. Looking to get to around 140. I do not have an athletic build. I guess I'm pear shaped? Small breasts, large hips.

I'm 26. Can't believe I'm on the high end of 20s now! Not sure where time has gone. I'm looking to lose about 60 lbs. Anyone can feel free to add me.

I'm looking to lose about 60 lbs.

Jumping in here. Hope that is ok. I just started really watching what I ate and exercising the beginning of January. I haven't been very active this week because I had a minor surgery yesterday but I managed a walk this afternoon.
-
Eating out on weekends. I really cut down on my weekday fast food stops but during the weekend we tend to eat out more than we should.
-
Hope it's ok that I'm jumping in slightly late. This is my first time doing this so hopefully I remember to come back and update. I wouldn't be surprised if I've gotten to 4000 to 5000 calories. I know I regularly ate over 3000 in a day before cutting out pop and making other healthier changes. I can't confirm that though because I've only recently started logging.
