so what if we don't do our calorie goals?? i sometimes only eat half the calories recommended. even if i eat a piece of junk food it still goes under the calorie goal. i can't eat more than what my body will take in to meet it. i even exercise and it still goes under the calorie goal. what am i doing wrong??

what if we go under our calorie goals?? last week about 5 days i was way under by like 5-600 calories. i wasn't feeling well at all. my calorie goal is 1230. i even exercised as well. does that make a difference in the calorie deficit??

what if we dont achieve our calorie goal?? i'm supposed to eat 1200 calories a day. in the last 3 days i've went way under my calorie goal.
