You can do it!

It's been helpful for me so far this year. I'm much more aware of what I eat and dropped about 30 lb.

I started at 275 at the end of December. I'm at 243 now.

Ah, what city? My sister lives in Racine.

I agree with an aim of 2lb per week is realistic but still challenging. Don't expect miracles then lose hope when the results don't meet your expectations.

I stopped going out with my friends as much. Too much alcohol and fried food. Having a new baby gives me a reason to stay home too. Or is that a reason not to be home? Ha!

Feel free to add me

I'm looking to drop 10lb a month for the next 3 months.

It took me about a month to really get used to the lower calories. Just keep at it. You can do it.

I lifted the baby 200 times.

I'm about 6 weeks in and I like it so far. I would recommend it to another beginner. But I think I might want to try something new at the 3 or 4 month mark.

You have to get out of your comfort zone to grow

Going to lose at least 50lb this year and keep it off. Also need to get strong to play with my newborn.

I have a 3 mo old and I need to get in shape to take care of him and provide him with a good role model. I'm about 8lb towards my goal of losing at least 50 lb this year.

Also have a 2 month old. I'm going to lose at least 50lb this year.
