i am just getting started.. Looking for other very over weight guys on here to work with. Share advice.. Ideas.. Dieting tips etc..

    Started at 470.. 458 now. Long road ahead bro but it can be done! Its time for a change ! Keep up the good work

    I started at 275 at the end of December. I'm at 243 now.
