Hay im new to this app ive been dieting for almost a year i started at 396 and i dropped to 315 sadly i lost my motivation. But i started agian 2 weeks ago now im at 306 and figured id try out this app to help me out more

It's been helpful for me so far this year. I'm much more aware of what I eat and dropped about 30 lb.0

Welcome! I'm new to the forums, not so new to the app. I'm sure the app will help you as it has helped me! Just gotta stick with it, and even when you do have bad days (or maybe even bad weeks) just know it's only a bump in the road and you can push through it0
