Oh that's what I missed? I went back later in the day and was a little disappointed to see it was closed.

I do YouTube yoga all the time. There are some really great videos that I use right in the morning to stretch out and energize for the day.

I agree!

It's definitely handy.

Once I was old enough to drive, my dad taught me how to change my own tire, change my own oil, and would quiz me on what was under the hood, and what it did. Some of the most useful lessons I've ever had, especially when I managed to get 2 flats within 24 hours of each other. It's also useful that I learned on a stick…

male chauvinism Word Origin noun 1. the beliefs, attitudes, or behavior of male chauvinists (men who patronize, disparage, or otherwise denigrate females in the belief that they are inferior to males and thus deserving of less than equal treatment or benefit). It is male chauvinism when he says it's what a woman is supposed to do. Why is it up to him to decide what a woman does? The answer is it isn't. It isn't any of his business. If he feels like less of a man because he isn't "bringing home the bacon" that's his personal feelings. But to think that a woman has specific things…

I'll pass, but maybe my BF can as he's the one that does all of the cooking in the house.

Everything is wrong with gender roles. What a person "should" or "should not" do is has NOTHING to do with their gender. A woman is supposed to do whatever she dang well pleases. There is no "woman's job" and no "man's job". If staying home with your kids doesn't make you feel like a man, then you're probably not much of…

I have the fitbit charge HR and I love it. I have a desk job so its easy to get stuck in my chair all day, but I love the calorie adjustments between fitbit and mfp because it gets me up more often. I like seeing I have more calories to eat, and I don't like when they disappear on me. haha

They're meant to keep you in place when you're being active so it all depends on what is comfortable for you. :) If being a little tighter helps things feel less bouncy and painful then that might be good, but if you feel like your suffocating, maybe a little bigger would be best. I personally don't have much to keep in…

I'm 4' 11" and currently 130, down 10 pounds since January. I was between 110 and 115 in high school. I played soccer and ran track and I'm thankful to have held on to my very muscular legs. Originally my goal was 110-115 again, but I think for now I'm going to aim for 120 and strength. I'd rather lose the inches on my…

My fitbit tells me I burn about 60 calories for 20 minutes of yoga.

I've been considering getting the Charge of Charge HR. I was also wondering about the aria smart scale. Does anyone have it? Is it worth the money? Right now I've been using a cheap scale and I'm not sure how accurate it is, but at least it seems consistent.
