Dave's Killer Bread is pretty awesome and it has 22g/carbs 2g/fat 5g/protein and 5g/fiber - but nothing wrong with bread just fit it in your calories and/or macros!

Combat Crunch Bars are my absolute favorite! Cookie dough is the best - throw them in the microwave for a few seconds...even better :)

What others say and/or do is because of their own insecurities - you look like you're in a great shape, not sickly. If you overhear their comments, maybe say something to them about the hard work and dedication you have put into your weight loss journey, that should shut them up :)

I have both and many years ago I would have considered myself a cat person...that was...until I got my dog and now I'm most definitely a dog person. Nothing beats that bond but I love all animals in general.
