I would have to use my work computer but how to download and app to a computer? I use the fitbit dashboard on the website and the app on my phone.

It seems to be lagging tremendously. Suddenly at like 8pm last night my exercise calories all decided to show up. Same thing seems to be happening this morning, only showing the calories burnt from steps not any of the tracked workouts.

I am doing well with the diet part of the weight loss. Better eating, cutting out as much sugar as possible. I am always within my calorie goal, or calorie deficit.

It does sync the workouts, but it just syncs as fitbit steps. I love mine and in no way regret it. buy one, its worth the money.

No I have checked myself for diastasis recti and I do not have that. I guess I just need to stick to what I am doing. I am losing weight everywhere but my tummy area it seems. Another question? How much cardio do I actually need to do in a day?

Well I love mine. I love how it tracks the steps and the calories burned even resting calories. It has helped me lose 6 pounds since I got it a week ago. I would say it was well worth my money
