Waaaaaaay back in December 2015, I posted here that I wanted to get under 200. Well, I did, and then I stopped tracking for about six months...just picked up again in June. Now my mini-goal is getting under 180! I saw 180.8 on the scale this morning, so I'm close!

I'm almost to my second mini-goal, which is 188 (it'll be 10% of my starting weight lost). I was at 188.8 this morning, so I should be there by next Friday weigh-in at the latest! Shortly after that is halfway to my goal weight (186.3).

I loved my Fitbit One (until I accidentally washed it after about two years :| it still worked for a while after that, but then started registering 40,000+ steps per day). Definitely thinking about getting another one or the flex soon.

On weekdays, since I eat breakfast at work: granola, greek yogurt, banana, coffee. On weekends, usually scrambled eggs with veggies (spinach, tomato) and a little cheese, add in chicken sausage or some leftover meat from dinners that week, plus my usual banana and coffee.

I'm kind of the same way! My partner's the only one who knows. It would be hard for him to miss, with me demanding that we cook instead of order takeout all the time. :) But at work, with friends, etc., I don't volunteer the information. I don't know if I'd say I'm embarrassed, exactly, but I do feel like it's my business…

Have you thought about seeing a therapist? It might help to do some rewiring in your brain, if you can't physically remove the excess skin. Ultimately, it could help you feel more comfortable in your body as-is, while waiting for insurance to come through/money to be saved up/your skin to tighten up a bit on its own.…
