I'm in the same boat, but I've changed sizes in clothing. Could be that I'm measuring wrong or slightly in a different place so measurements are off? Don't really know. Are your clothes fitting differently?

The thing with Herbalife and other diet supplements/meals on wheels types of programs like nutrisystem is that you don't learn how to make your own food, portion control, create a deficit with meals you prepare yourself, etc. Once you're off of that stuff, then what? You go back to what you know. It isn't sustainable so…

Round 3 day..... No idea. I've completely lost track. It doesn't matter. I'm not counting days anymore. This is it for me. This is how my life is going to be for the rest of my life! Officially down 30lbs! BOOYAH!

@theprettyone1010 Your calorie intake includes your 30 minute workout. In other words, after your do your workout, you should still be within your calorie bracket (1200-1499). Hope that helps!

Round 3 day 1. I like Total Body Cardio the least. Hurt my foot with surrenders and dancing with my students. Not happy but pushing through. Down 23lbs to date. I AM happy about that :smiley:

Today has not been a good day nutritionally but I'm probably going to do a second workout this evening. Happy to say I'm down 20.2lbs on round 2 day 12!

Went out to dinner last night. Crab legs and pasta. And soooo much butter. Wasn't going to weigh myself because I figured I would be up again. But I was curious so I did... -.4 lbs! What?! And I wasn't even satisfied with dinner. Clean eating has really changed my taste buds. I couldn't wait to get back home and continue…

I'm on round 2 day 5 and I'm down another 1.4lbs today. That makes 17lbs altogether! I just have to say that I LOVE 21DF!

@SatiaRenee thank you!! That really puts everything into perspective for me. I thought I could weigh myself and not get emotionally attached to the number, but that's not the case. I'm going to have to wait. It'll be hard, but I need to.

Laminating is a great idea, I wish I'd thought of that in the beginning! Do you use the exact number of containers you're allowed? I try and just cannot fit it all in the day. I usually do about 3-4 meals (including snacks).
