Hi. Yes its realistic!!! My name is Allyn... I really need to shed 30-40lbs... I've lost 15 since April. To me its hard to stay motivated...but im trying. Right now I'm trying very hard to eat right and workout. Add me as a friend and we can motivate each other

Get some fruit and freeze it. When u feel like snacking go suck on it. It will take longer to eat and you won't eat as much. I do this with berries and grapes. Or try going to bed earlier.. Good Luck.

I use special k..taste great and my.pee doesnt smell :-). I also drink smoothies. Put flaxseed and chia seeds in them to curve my appetite. I did the military 3 day diet for 3 weeks ( on 3 days and off 4). I lost 20 lbs. Now I'm not as hungry... So the special k and smoothies are working for me 3 times a day. I need to…
