I get the ones with low calorie though, are they still not safe? So getting them most of the times isn't a good thing then even if they're fruit smoothies?

On certain days only like 2-3x a week. But yea I make sure to track my calorie intake :)

Oooh, I get you. I see, well I think I'll go search for a food scale here first. If there's none or if they're really overpriced then I'll just order online I guess. Its just that I feel jealous on some people who doesn't use food scales but still lose weight. Ty!

I don't striclty weight them , more on estimating. But i think it's just my diet that's ruining it. Ill go on strict diet for now

Yes i'm back on loggin in my food everyday. There are times when im lazy but logging in or not i still weigh the same. Sucks for me :(
