Starting Keto diet
So I'm starting keto diet and I got confused/stressed seeing the meal plan and the food to avoid and choose. My question is, will depending on my macros here on MFP and eating the right food for keto be good? Like I won't stick to the meal prep of keto but I'll be targeting my macros anyway. Will that be fine?

Keto diet with MFP
I have edited my macros intake here in MFP. So does it mean that following the targeted macros and eating the allowed food for keto diet will help me with weight loss? Like no meal prep at all. Example, I'll eat eggs for breakfast then whatevers listed on the allowed food for the keto diet till i reach my targeted macros?

Green tea fat burner pills
Is the green tea fat burning pills effective? Does it really help you lose weight? I plan to balance it with exercise and diet, but will it work if You just stick to diet and no exercise? Oh and I drink green tea btw so is it still advisable to take this or no?

Is it bad to eat subway sandwhiches and drink jamba juice most of the time? I'm not sure if their term "healthy" really is healthy.

Diet only no gym
Is it possible to still lose weight just by maintaining calorie intake and not working out much? I'll be away from the gym for 2 months so all I can do is simple workout only at home. Why?!?!
I work out A LOT and I can' seem to lose weight. I'm no on strict diet but I watch my calorie intake everyday. Should I go in strict diet? I don't want tol because I'm sure I wouldn't be eating like this forever so I want to eat normally but on a strict calorie watch.

Is there an alternative for food scale?
Okay I'm new to this food scale so sorry for my stupid question but...is it really necessary to have a food scale in order to measure my food? Food scales here are hella expensive so are there any alternatives that I can use? Like those on the internet with the palm sized food etc?

Same here. Been under my caloric goal, goes to the gym 6x a week and still have the same weight! :(
