Think of a small goal.. have something specific in mind.. like a pair of jeans that you wore last month that you cant get buttoned now.. not a pair thats 3 sizes to small.. just one size.. make your first goal to be able to comfotably fit in them.. it only takes around 10 lbs and at 2 lbs a week its roughly a month... then…

Also... carry a couple little Jif to Go pb things and a small pack of almonds in the bottom of your purse at all times.. then psychologically you will have the the reassurance that it's okay.. you do have food with you if you need it. If you eat it, refill it so you know it's Always there.

It's hard to lose weight in New England.. Living in Maine I pretty much hibernate for 6 months out of the year.. -2 degrees on the coast this morning.. brrr
