^ The issue with my knee is that I did not develop the correct amount of cartilage in the area. I was fit for my shoes, too. I say I run for 2 hours, rn it's more like 1 hr running + 1 hr walking lol I'm conisdering seeing if I can get physical therapy, do you think it would be worth it?
