Totally depends on the activity. For lifting i prefer heavy metal and hard rock, bands like Metallica, Sevendust, Seether, Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin and Audioslave. When I run, I like a varitey of music, anything with a good beat works.0
-
I actually love working out to the big epic battle scene type classical music! If that's not an option I got with anything that has an upbeat tempo that I'd dance to.0
-
I'm the same way and listen to a lot of the same stuff!! I'm getting sick of my playlist lol so hopefully I get ideas lol0

Classical battle music hmmmmm0

Love working out to Pop Evil and P.O.D.!
(and between you and me...the Sweatin to the Oldies is pretty fun!)0 -
Anything EDM/House is great for running, and for lifting!0

House music is great imo! Stuff like Beggin For Thread (gryffin & hotel garuda remix) by Banks etc., If it has a good beat it's great to workout to ^^
I also like dramatic sort of music? not so much classical but more like Seasons Die One After Another by Amazarashi. (warning if u watch the music vid for that it's a teensy bit gorey).0 -
Cheesy songs like 'Eye of the Tiger', 'Fat bottomed girls' by Queen, 'Big girls' by Mika.0
