I just switched to Maintenance today. I've been lifting weights and doing yoga, and I'll be adding in HIIT next week and then another yoga session for my 3 months of training. I'm excited to be eating a bunch. Feels like I'm constantly eating though since I have a lot of healthy foods.

Yoga has really helped with my eating disorder. I noticed that when I do cardio, I become more obsessive with the calorie burn. But when I lift weights or do yoga, I don't worry about the calorie burn, and I stick with it longer, so then I'm actually seeing improvements instead of sweating out 3 hours doing cardio, burning…

I'll switch to lighter workouts that week. Weight lifting and yoga I have no problems with, but I slow down on cardio. My workouts aren't much different than my attitude towards my job. I have to do it no matter what, even during TOM.

I've had fibro since I was 14, so I grew up with pain that it seems somewhat normal for me. I'm relatively fit, so I don't get trigger point injections, but my knees and shoulders get it pretty bad.

Slow cookers are great. I like to make a big pot of something so I can slightly alter it throughout the week, and spend very little time each night cooking. If I get tired of having the same meal, I'll just wrap it up and freeze it for later.

Why would you 'gorge' on fruit after eating 7 bananas? You only have a limited amount of calories anyways, and those 7 nanners are already pushing 800 calories.
