I am one for putting in hard work to reap the benefits, so having the other teams able to see what we're doing feeds my egotistical needs. Hehe I'd much rather be challenged the whole way in a competition than just skate by with ease. If a win is guaranteed, is it really a victory? I say let them read. I for one don't have…

Challenge 1: completed 5k Challenge 2: completed rockettes routines Challenge 3: I'm thankful for what I have and being able to live in the moment. I used to live in the negativity of the past, and fear the future. But I began to enjoy what was happening in the present this past winter after a health scare. I no longer…

That's kind of depressing that we're succeeding in exercise minutes, but it comes down to the challenge points more. At least the exercises I'm doing are helping me in the real world and I'm not just wasting my time. (That sounded a little snarky, but I am competitive. The challenges aren't difficult and they don't take…

I was out riding ATVs with my boss's niece about a decade ago, and the ATV she was on the back of, flipped over and crushed her. She passed right there. It's gotta be the worst day of my life was riding back after we were told they crashed, just to find her already gone. Seeing my boss after that was heart breaking.

There's for my last two weighins. The 140.2 was missed on the spreadsheet. (Not like I really care about recording a gain.)

I love jumping rope. I have nice high ceilings, so I just put on some kpop and start hopping in my living room. Doing it on carpeting has its downfall. It'll catch and snap up and whip me. However, my record for cross crossing the arms without messing up is 9. I really want to get to 10.
