  • Monday: 297 minutes
  • Monday foods: green apple, yellow peppers, orange peppers
  • I had 165 minutes for Sunday. I believe I missed the deadline to post, but I still want to add for the power rank. My weighin was 140.2lbs
  • I was getting dressed this morning into my workout outfit, and before I put on my sweatpants, I just went walking around upstairs. So when I walked past the mirror in the hallway, I noticed how big my butt looked. Now, I've always had a big butt, but (haha), whatever workout I'm doing, it has become even bubblier. I think…
  • No minutes for Saturday. I was at my comic book convention living it up! I had so much fun. So many great people (you tend to make a lot of friends since you continuously see the same people traveling with you to the conventions all over here.), got a lot of great sketches of my favorite characters, and left with $5....I'm…
  • 315 minutes for Friday.
  • Completed 5 days under calories Completed 5 days radio taiso Completed sumo squats all in one go. After trying some intense yoga classes where you have to hold a squat for minutes, these were nothing. So I'm up to date on everything. I'll post my exercise minutes tonight since I'm actually currently hooping. I want those…
  • I'll get my assignments done tomorrow and then I'll be all done with my teamwork for the week. Then it's time to be selfish and go balls to the wall for that first place power ranking. Since you guys have been so graciously helping me with the spreadsheet, I'll repay you with hitting the cap every week.
  • 336 minutes for Thursday.
  • Seeing the cherry blossoms in the spring, and attending New Years in Japan are on my bucket list. If I could live there for a year, I could experience fall too. I absolutely love japenese and Korean cultures. I love the respect they have for their elders (use of honorifics and bowing), and that they feel the need to 'take…
  • 261 minutes for Wednesday. After doing the radio taiso warm ups, I decided to continue working out in the morning because I feel so much more alive during the day. I was surprised at how many extra minutes I got just from adding my hula hoop back in the morning.
  • Thank you.
  • I posted on Saturday.
  • So I'm #48 on the power rank total board. I was #14 for last week. As long as I stay focused on 200 minutes a day, I'll break the top 10 soon.
  • Tuesday 205 minutes
  • I love the morning warm ups! I feel so alive after only 5 minutes!
  • Monday 247 minutes I am determined to get onto that leader board by the end of this week.
  • I didn't have anything for Saturday.
  • Can someone put 200 minutes for me for Sunday? I hula hooped nonstop just to get these minutes.
  • I'm hoping Korea or Japan. Those cultures are super interesting to learn about.

  • I'm thinking if I bust out 200 exercise minutes everyday this week, I'll have to crack the power ranks with 1,400 minutes. Here's to setting goals and surpassing them!
  • Bright smiles coming your way from a member of Team Fab Five: As I sit here in my recliner, listening to Nightcore music, sipping my caramel coffee, and reading a My Little Pony Halloween Comicfest book, I look forward to next weekend. That weekend is our annual Akron Comic Con. It'll be in its 5th year, and I have gone to…

  • It's All Hallows' Eve today, plus Trick or Treat AND I'll be going on a nighttime lantern walk through a cemetery later. So....how cool is it that my login streak is 666 today with all the spooky events?
  • Lets create accountability for each other: while continuing the 'no late night snacking', we'll also be sure to log every morsel.
  • After looking at the spreadsheet for awhile. I found the 'power rank' tab (it's really hard to navigate on my phone so I've missed it.) I am so determined to make it, not only ON the list, but to the TOP of that list. I think my weighted hula hoop while binge watching animes will be an easy way to add on the minutes.
