  • I have completed all three challenges for this week. The stairs were easy since climbing ladders at work happens about every 5 minutes, so I know I've gone more than 5,000 (not only that, but I wear ankle weights at work.) I absolutely loved the no snacking challenge. It was a real eye opener at how much I eat in the…
  • Saturday weighin: 139.8lbs
  • 105 minutes for Friday
  • I'm really enjoying the no late night snack challenge. I've moved my evening tea to 9 o'clock, and I've skipped the after workout snack. I never realized how many calories I pack in when I'm mindlessly watching tv. I've also noticed I don't wake up with heartburn anymore. This one I'm going to continue on even after this…
  • Thursday 165 minutes cardio
  • Tuesday- 120 minutes cardio Wednesday- 180 minutes cardio
  • Umm, I don't really have a goal weight. I'm here for nutrition and stay physically active. I love learning and being challenged. There's always things I want to work on like be faster, be stronger, and have more balance, and after working on those, my body will just look the part without me trying to lose weight or firm up.
  • Yeah, that's me.
  • No, I just started Cize. The only challenge I've completed is the stairs, and I'm 2 days snack free so far.
  • Monday: 32 minutes dance, 20 minutes yoga
  • I have some questions about challenge 3: no late night snacks. The cutoff is 10pm, but I workout at 10pm, and then I usually have an after workout snack. Now, I can skip my post workout snack for 5 days, so that's not too big of a deal. But I usually have sleepy time tea right before bed which is around 12am-1am. .... I…
  • I wasn't even an idea in 1975. My mom was only 10 years old. I completed the stair challenge already. The benefits of working in a warehouse where you run up and down 15ft step ladders all day.
  • What do the check marks mean on the spreadsheet? The little ones on the right.
  • 40 minutes dancing for Saturday.
  • Stopping by from Team Five to offer some encouragement for everyone! So I was doing my Saturday morning kpop fangirl thing when I came across this YouTube video of 40 toughest kpop dances (fan made, so my opinion was different). https://youtu.be/59fwEoHmX5I Some of the dancers look like they're weightless at how fast they…

I read an article about the rigorous kpop training…
  • Challenge 3 complete Needed 74oz of water, so I drank 5 bottles at 16.9oz for 5 days. 120 minutes of cardio for Friday. Second weighin: 144.6lbs (All challenges should be complete and turned in from me.)
  • My weighins are Saturday. Last week I was at 148.8lbs (I don't believe I ever posted.)
  • 50 minutes for Thursday too.
  • Challenge 2- complete The drummer in me really came out during the second round. I'd forget to watch the video since I was dancing to the beat of my own drum. Hehe
  • Challenge 1 1. All friends accepted 2. @MissionEnforcer 3. I'm from canton, Ohio and I absolutely love this state. It's about 50% farmland, 30% forest, and 20% city. So it's very easy to get locally grown foods, and go on nature walks.
  • Tuesday: 32 minutes HIIT. (Mondays and Tuesdays are my busy days at work. So even though I collect 15+ miles on those days in the warehouse, I'm pooped when I get home. So the rest of the week you'll see better exercise minutes.)
  • I may not be the best person to toss out name ideas *looks at username* but I will just leave these here: Sole Survivors Holy Walkamolies Lost in Pace Take a Hike Got the Runs (a My_Butt favorite) Toe Jammers
  • I'm Jessie, but you can call me 'MB, or butt'. I absolutely love nerdy things (I did just go to a convention yesterday). Im huge on comic books (DC mainly since I had to narrow down my spending), and I fangirl for animes and mangas. I do cosplay, and when I'm working on an outfit, I like to train in exercises that I…
  • New to this challenge, but excited to see what's in store. Definitely filling my plate with Ilvermorny and Star Wars challenges at the same time, but I got this.
  • I'm so happy I found this in time! I'm usually 3 weeks late for challenges.
