I like whenever friends post challenges. I have one posting everyday for a push-up challenge that I've been doing with him.

I've always felt this way. I see people making excuses on why they're not exercising, yet they get angry when I point out the time they spend doing other things when they could squeeze in a quick 30 minute sweat session.

Last year I was going out and running everyday during the summer in the cemetery near my house. That all stopped after a car followed me in and I was jumped by the driver. I gave both up last year. I still celebrate with alcohol maybe 3 times a year (Valentine's day me and my single friends play drinking video games.) I don't drink much because I train hard and I get frustrated with myself if I feel tired and sluggish from drinking the night before.

I drink hot tea quite often. I flavor mine with honey for those health benefits. Not a fan of artificial sweeteners since they're unhealthy and can make you crave sweets.

It's not that they 'feel full' after eating one slice of pizza, I could easily down a whole pizza myself. It's your brain you need to train. Only put 1-2 slices on a plate at the dinner table. Eat fruit. You get vitamins along with the sugar and it keeps your blood sugar from plummeting like white bread and biscuits will do.

And you're assuming none of us has dealt with this before? I've had EDNOS for 18 years. If OP is asking for help, we can all share our input. What you basically said is there's no hope at changing OPs mindset anymore. And they've changed the guidelines for diagnosing eating disorders.

I make sure to have beef, deer, or spinach a few times a week. My cereal is also fortified so I get iron from that.

2 cups bran flakes, 1/4 cup instant oats, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon. I'll either have tea or coffee right after depending on my mood.

I'm a nerd. Playing Witcher 3 right now since I finished Arkham Knight. I have 7 kitty rescues. I'm currently working on an Attack on Titan cosplay for the next comic convention coming up in April. I love collecting comic books and mangas.

What does a thigh gap mean? What does a skinny waist mean? Instead of striving for your body to look a certain way, find out what your body can do. Be proud at how fast you can run a mile, or how many pull-ups you can do, or how much you can bench press.

Yay! someone that already checked my diary. The only thing that is low for me is fat intake. Everything else is above my goals. Maybe I'll add in avacado to get that up.
