Progress so far SW 91kg CW 85kg GW 81kg Progress has stalled at 85kg after amazing weight loss during initial period. Guess that’s how it goes sometimes. @Ladyblanks yeah the data can be really motivating. We can get so caught up in our internal narratives and judgements about our weight so it’s good to step outside of all that and just deal with the data sometimes.

@jadepearl I’m fine thanks 😊 only affect was that the venue I play indoor sports was converted into a refuge for a few days. My friend had to evacuate her house for two days due to sunnie coast fires.

After feeling a bit *blah* last night I’m feeling a whole heap better today. I’ve reached my goal of going OMAD for 30 days and look at the results! The data speaks for itself. OMAD rocks as far as I’m concerned. I will definitely continue until I reach my weight goal.

This is the second time in 3-4 years that I have tried OMAD. The first time i tried it I came from a Low carb eating regime and tried to combine low carb with OMAD.
