Pretty fast actually since I'm 4'11 and its pretty obvious if I gain five pounds are lose five. People started noticing when Iost around 13lbs. (Though I gained back 2lbs :|). People said they could first see it in my face, then slowly the comments starting being about my physique:).

Just finished my first day of week 3! I'm so phyched I ran for 3 minutes..TWICE!!A week ago I would even believe I could run for a minute :smiley:

I was on prednisone for 5years and gained a lot of weight fast in that amount of time. Maybe around 40+ , but as soon as I stopped taking it, I QUICKLY went down to a normal weight. Half was bloating half was actual weight gain from excessive eating. -Good Luck with your journey
