    GW: 120-130lbs.

    I am trying to get back to down to 123lbs that I was before I went to Hawaii and ate too much poke, Island Lava, Hawaiian Host, and ahi jerky. And then Christmas came and that didn't help - got back up to 130. But I got back on the wagon and now I have two pounds to go before I leave in May. Ideally, I overshoot a bit to 121-122 to give myself some wiggle room while I am gone for two weeks to Germany and Italy. I dunno if 121-122 will happen in sevenish weeks (will also be a new low weight), but 123 is definitely doable.

    Overall though, I want to maintain in the 120s general. I think I look great at this weight range and don't see any reason to be under 120.

    haha...I totally do this. I always like to prepay my weightloss prior to vacay time. Except I know my eating habits...and that I won't necessarily want to spend half my day running 20k every day like I can at home...so I try to pre-lose at least 5 - 7 pounds

    5'8, 152lbs... Goal weight was 155, hit it and was no where near happy enough to stay there. Lol Aiming for another 7 lbs and praying with the weight training and small deficit I'll like what I see then. 34-27-36.... Resistant chub on arms and lower abs.

    GW: 150lbs maybe less depending on how I look. My doctor says for my height I should be between 139-153, but I looked sickly when I weighed 140lbs so 150lbs it is.

    Me too... Smaller frame but taller...was 114-120 in my younger years but that is not realistic
    Now...now trying to get physical again.

    I' m reverse dieting and hitting weights - i plan to maintain inches that i have, and dhat happens to my weight does not concern me as much. Plus, i am very excited to get to do handstands! Developing all this strength and mobility:)

    Started restricting calories on 3/18/16 at 500 per day. I've lost 10lbs to date. I adjust to 700 at least one day a week to kick start my metabolism back up. I exercise 3 times a week but do not deduct the calories. It would be an excuse to eat more.

    I'm 4'11" and my current goal is 120. Once I get there I will do another goal, probably around 110-115

    A friend of mine with a Ph.D. in Human Performance believes that I can make it to 199 and still appear healthy. I believe my muscle mass won't allow this, but once I crack this GW, we'll see where I go next!

    Thank you, this makes me feel good to hear someone else saying it's okay. I'm 5'9" and 160 +-5 and size 8. I was too thin and gaunt at 138.

    Am I misreading this? Are you saying you are reducing by 500 cals a day, or that you ONLY eat 500 a day?

    I hope it is not the latter. That is very unhealthy.

    I stay within about a four pound range. I like myfitnesspal because it helps me stay on track, but I look forward to staying on an even keel and not having to rely on it.

    It's a great educational tool. Some foods I eat contain more calories than I'd thought, and some contain fewer.

    I've been using the site for about a year. It's been encouraging to know lots of people are just like me when it comes to eating, exercise and dieting. Not perfect, and not particularly ashamed about it. I've also found it interesting that while I think most of us who struggle with weight are emotional eaters, many people bring quite a logical mindset to the process of staying on track.
