At 158 want to be 148.0

GW: 120-130lbs.
I am trying to get back to down to 123lbs that I was before I went to Hawaii and ate too much poke, Island Lava, Hawaiian Host, and ahi jerky. And then Christmas came and that didn't help - got back up to 130. But I got back on the wagon and now I have two pounds to go before I leave in May. Ideally, I overshoot a bit to 121-122 to give myself some wiggle room while I am gone for two weeks to Germany and Italy. I dunno if 121-122 will happen in sevenish weeks (will also be a new low weight), but 123 is definitely doable.
Overall though, I want to maintain in the 120s general. I think I look great at this weight range and don't see any reason to be under 120.0 -

haha...I totally do this. I always like to prepay my weightloss prior to vacay time. Except I know my eating habits...and that I won't necessarily want to spend half my day running 20k every day like I can at home...so I try to pre-lose at least 5 - 7 pounds

5'8, 152lbs... Goal weight was 155, hit it and was no where near happy enough to stay there. Lol Aiming for another 7 lbs and praying with the weight training and small deficit I'll like what I see then. 34-27-36.... Resistant chub on arms and lower abs.0

GW: 150lbs maybe less depending on how I look. My doctor says for my height I should be between 139-153, but I looked sickly when I weighed 140lbs so 150lbs it is.

Started restricting calories on 3/18/16 at 500 per day. I've lost 10lbs to date. I adjust to 700 at least one day a week to kick start my metabolism back up. I exercise 3 times a week but do not deduct the calories. It would be an excuse to eat more.
