65 inches tall. 155lbs when I started MFP and not range from 157lbs to 160lbs. Goal is to get to 170lbs. I want to gain clean weight but knowing some might be dirty weight. I am very active so I am not sure if I will hit my goal. I am working on eating from 3090 cals to 3400. Somedays I am under to so. Never stop improving.0

I am between 180-185 right now @ 5'5" and about 25-27% bodyfat. I would like to be around 22-23% BF, so my calculator tells me I should be 170-172 ish. I am a powerlifter and have 135 pounds of lean mass. Another calculator tells me that I shouldn't go below around 157 without losing muscle or essential fat. So screw BMI anyway.0

I was looking back thru the thread I changed my gw so many times since may 2015. My official goal is 150-155 range. I'm pretty secure with that weight for some reason. I guess in the start I never thought i could get this far!!!0

I'm 5'6 and have been bouncing between 192-197 lbs for the past 2 years... My goal is to be between 145-150... I was there once before in my adult life... I WILL get there again!!!1

5'4. My pre pregnancy weight was 115. Post partum 155. Down to 125 now. First goal weight is 120, then we'll see how I look. My BF % 21. Prefer it around 18 %.0

Im 5'2" and currently 117 with a goal of 105. However I've never reached that weight in a healthy manner so I'm trying to focus more on leaning out than dropping pounds.1

My goal now is to stay in a healthy BMI, maintain my running , cardio and strength training/toning. I'm 5'3 and started at about 235lbs in June 2014. 20 months later, I'm 140lbs and finally in a "normal" BMI although at the higher end of it. I can see myself getting to 135 and having a range up to 140.1
