5' 2"
SW 143 lbs
CW 122 lbs
GW 115-118lbs based on how I'm feeling now. I'd like to lose a bit more belly fat and gain a bit of muscle or get more lean. That'll be my focus in the coming months, while trying to transition to maintenance.

6'2 currently 260 goal 205 210 fell off the wagon about 2 months ago went from 240 back to 260 in a heartbeat but I'm back on my grind0

SW 190
CMW 150-159
GMW 140-149
Height 5'10"
I am not upset with my current maintenance weight range but I have been in this range for 6months and feel if I can drop down to the 140's and maintain I will be truly satisfied since it is about 150 that I begin to start checking myself out in the mirror and flexing.
Low to mid 140's would be ideal for summer0 -
5'3

CW: 208 (I started Jan 2015 lost to 194 stopped until 2 wks ago)
GW: 150-1650 -

When I started working out my goal weight was 150 (down from 190 for a 5'7" woman) mostly because BMI said it was healthy and I thought I'd be happy and comfortable in my body and have a six pack. Well now at 5 pounds above my goal weight I've decided weight is an arbitrary number and a terrible gauge of health and success (as a standalone measure, that is). Now I'm using weight, body fat %, and muscle to gauge where I am at. My goals now are to have abs (gotta get my BF %), lift more than I did yesterday, and beat previous race times by a fair margin.0

Highest weight: 226
Current weight: 171
Goal weight: ~1350 -
I've changed it again lol.
155-1600 -
I'm 5'11, 178lbs. Just started working out a month ago, so I figured I would try and maintain my weight until I put on more muscle. Any thoughts?0

5'4"
Highest weight:178
SW:163
CW:Just under 130?
I'm on a bulk. I wanted to get to 125 before I started but didn't quite make it. I'll probably gain up to 138 even though I know I should shoot for at least 140 if I want to make this bulk worth it.0 -
5'9"
SW: 212lbs
CW: 146lbs 11/2/2015
GW: 145lbs (hit May 2015, been within 3lbs over or under since)
I'd like to weigh 135lbs, but my doctors won't let me. They say I have a large bone structure and a fit fat % already. So for now my goal is to keep maintaining at 145lbs.
Levi's jeans size 4 (Start: 16)
Standard clothing stores size SM (Start: XL/L)0 -
