    My start weight was 180 and now i am 165. I would like to weigh 145 at 5ft 4. I tend to lose top to bottom so if i lose to the chart amount my face gets too thin. I look good at 145. Been there!

    72" 162 lbs. Reached my goal 9 months ago, and have been maintaining +/-2 lbs. I eat a lot of foods I like so I do not feel deprived. I substitute healthier alternatives (whole wheat spaghetti tonight, for instance). I cook almost everything I eat from scratch in larger batches, portioning it in plastic containers for my meals through the week.

    I'm 5'7, currently at 230 lbs. Goal weight is 150-160 lbs.

    Sounds exactly like me.. lol I'm 5'7, starting weight 231 lbs... goal is about 160 lbs
