6'4" 250 looking to slowly bulk to 260-265.. Currently doing strength and conditioning and started learning MMA .0

Range updated:

If I go over 153, I am going log again.0 -
5'9", female, 47 years old.
Was under 125lb, gained on purpose to just south of 130 (added muscle - 1.5 inches in each leg!), currently 135 (had surgery and couldn't work out for a couple of months right around all those eating holidays so I am assuming this gain was fat not muscle.) I want to get back to just under 130, so that my clothes fit better - not really fussed about it otherwise.
Goal is to be under or at 130 until I am 65 years old, then a few pounds heavier when I am older, and never again under 125.
Most I have ever weighed is 145 after baby #4, least I have ever weighed was 95, eating disorder - 25 years recovered.0 -

I'm 5"10 roughly 200 and want to be somewhere between 165-175 which would put me in the normal bmi range. I still have a decent amount of belly fat after losing 50 pounds so i don't know what an extra 25 will look like at this point to be honest. I'll judge when I see it0

I'm 5'11" and I stay in the 195 to 210 range depending on what I'm working towards. I'm 207 right now and aiming for 200 by mid April without muscle loss.0

I was on a steady weight loss roll, over two years I lost over 80 lbs. Now I've been stuck in the 160's no matter how hard I try. But I know eventually I will make it there. Just gotta keep pushing ahead.0 -
I currently weigh 219, a 124-pound loss. Anything below 200 would be awesome, lol. I haven't been in Onderland in at least 15 years.0

I lost 40 pounds with weight watchers over the span of about 6 or 7 months and then lost a little motivation but didn't gain back. Dropped from 200 to 170 on Paleo but after moving away and starting a new job I gained back up to 190. I am now back to working on myself and tracking and am back down to 180 over the last 2 months (including all the Christmas holiday eating!)0 -

Feel free anyone to add me a friend request so we can help each other keep up on our fitness goals.
Studies show that support network when accomplishing a similar goal (diet/fitness) works!
Studies show that no support (at work, home, friends) makes it harder to accomplish your goals (diet/fitness, etc)

72" 162 lbs. Reached my goal 9 months ago, and have been maintaining +/-2 lbs. I eat a lot of foods I like so I do not feel deprived. I substitute healthier alternatives (whole wheat spaghetti tonight, for instance). I cook almost everything I eat from scratch in larger batches, portioning it in plastic containers for my meals through the week.0
