My husband is immensely supportive... He eats anything I cook and never complains. He always gives me encouragement and works out with me sometimes. Although he is annoying when he corrects my form over and over, but that's still supportive though. What is it exactly that makes you feel like he is trying to sabotage you?

Losing weight takes time... Unfortunately
-
I guess it depends on your weight... If your morbidly obese its possible I presume. Other then that without losing a limb or two, its just not going to happen. Even if you starve, your body will cannibalize itself, your hair will start to fall out... and you will get pretty sick and you will still not have a healthy shape.

I would say that I had an office party that day and am still full... and just have a salad

No, I cook one meal and we all eat it... like it or not! LOL My son has snacks with carbs, granola and such and my husband eats lunch out often but he is very fit and athletic already. He never complains and is super supportive.

I ignore them the same way they ignore science... all calories are not equal.

I am one of the annoying people that checks in at the gym on FB. It strangly keeps me going because it's so obvious to my friends and family when I dont... lol

I have been able to give everything up except my X large coffee with cream, no sugar from dunking donuts daily. I really need to cut back on that... I thibk I'll switch to a smaller size. I am drinking a lot of fat but I do add it to my log at least and stay under my calories and keep carbs low. Still though....

How much depends on the type of diet you are aiming for and what your goals are... no one can really give you a number here except a doctor if it's health related. High blood pressure or diabetes ect...

Might need to reevaluate the types of foods that your eating... I don't think it's a huge deal once or twice a week but if your constantly going over on your sugars and salts it does matter. I generally go over salt on days I eat a pickle lol. Sugar on the other hand I am very cautious of...

Fantastic! !!!!

Post some of your daily logs? Sometimes miscalculation can be the cause, or going Strickly on calorie consumption and not factoring in how differnt foods affect the body. People can say what they want (and on here I hear it all the time) but all calories are not created equally. If none of these are a factor, might need to…

Thank you, exactly...

Reminds me of taking my nephew to soccer, where every kid on the team got a throphy... and the kids that actually got the most goals and such got the exact same one... I thought "wow" a lot has changed.

Again I said I did not mean it literally, I certainly did not mean to offend anyone. However, I opinion is as valid as anyone elses...

I ran a half marathon at 180 lbs... it can be done. It's all about pacing yourself. That did not make me as healthy as the ladies who ran it at 150lbs. My body was working harder then theirs was, at the same speeds. More blood needed to pump, pulling more weight... that is not saying that you can't be in better shape as an…

The expression was not ment literally... but it's factual that when you are heavy your heart rate rate goes up more even when doing less.

It's all good if you don't mind panting like a hound after a flight of stairs... I don't mean to sound harsh at all and this has nothing to do with her looks or her confidence. Being a size 20 is just bad for your heart... and the notion that someone size 20 is "as healthy" as lower weight women (barring other health…

Sorry for typos lol can't seem to edit the post to correct them

Cheat meal, and cheat day are two different animals all together. I also thibk you can have a cheat meal and still not end up with a surplus. If it's that important to you, plan it and log it... check your weight. If you are low carbing, remeber how long it takes to get back into ketosis, 2-4 days possible depending. 2…

Lots of body weight workouts you can do at home, pushups, pullups, planks, sqauts, lunges just name some common ones. Look it up... even if you can't make it to the gym you can still get fit.

That should say vitamin B & D but my B with a ) went all emote on me lol
-
My honest opinion is first you should get your vitamin (D, B) checked... I'm not expert but when I found out my levels were low and got it straightend out I felt world's better. Other blood work would not hurt either. This sounds a bit like depression to me and ruling out medical causes, or possibly nutritional maybe you…

"It's all calories in vs calories out" ... yea except all calories are not created equally, and interact with hormones differently, and all people are different as well. Pfftt whatever though, it's just some science.

If you love eggs like I do, a boiled egg or two I think is a better alternative to protein bars, but then again I pretty much hate protein bars. I stick with a shake and real food.

Lose 50lbs... working hard at that! :)
