Then I suppose I have to turn it in with you, because I don't have an issue with hunters/fishers anyway. Maybe it's a by product of being raise in Alabama where you entire family hunts. I'd rather someone hunt their food than get it from a factory farm as well!

Vegan here! I'm vegan for ethical reasons primarily, health reasons secondary. I've been vegetarian for five years, vegan for one. Being a vegan doesn't have to be heard, just remember to read and learn. It isn't for everyone, but if you do like the moral side to it, try it! Worst thing that happens is you don't like it.…

I don't think they hold onto fat, but I do avoid them. I have a female reproductive disorder that is related to diet, and my doctor told me to avoid fake sugars, processed foods, and other items. So I avoid them because I'm told to.

I have two tattoos, one on the thigh and one on the ankle, and the ankle sucked because it's on my ankle bone. I've always heard as well that foot and ribs hurt. My friend has close to twenty tattoos, and one is a huge (covers her entire side, from hip to right at her bra line) and she said it almost had her in tears,…

I have endometriosis, which is slightly similar, but not the same. Reducing refined, processed foods might help. Some people say cutting out oils help, some say dairy, some say meat. A lot of people report endo and PCOS improving with a whole food, plant based diet, and even if you don't go full tilt, they do have some…

Some people think it's addictive, others don't. I think you can have sugar cravings though, mainly because I do. I cut out all white sugar (But boy, I still love my breads, muffins, and fruits) and I chose to use Stevia instead, because it is zero calorie and slightly more natural. This is all just my opinion and what…

It isn't a weight loss diet, it's the paleo diet, just called something else.

Vegan and would love some more friends. There are also some vegan groups on here to join if you want some more like minded souls. :)

Alright, where to start? This post is still offensive. I became vegetarian out of a love for animals, and became a vegan for health reasons. I love raw food, sprouting my beans, drinking green smoothies, juicing, and taking care of my health. I see nothing wrong with that at all. I live in a non vegan household and am…

Also, just in case you don't know, micros are vitamins and minerals.

Different scales can have slight differences. I say stick to one, measure the same time every day/ same day ever week. Also, make sure to keep the scale in the exact same place.

Beans, meat, dairy, tofu, and seitan are all good options.

Well, I started running this week, C25K as well, and I'm having a similar issue. I'm slightly self conscious, but I've got to get over that. I'm only 5'2, and nearly 170 pounds, and I have to wear tight clothing because I live in super hot Florida. When I'm running and someone passes me, I smile and wave, or nod my head,…

Anyone can add me. I'd love more vegan friends!

Mushrooms naturally contain vitamin D, and most non dairy milks are fortified with it. Try adding those, taking your supplement, and getting 10-15 minutes of sun daily without sunscreen. Best of luck to you!

I replaced my sugar tracking with fiber. I eat a moderate (2-3) servings a day, and am always over on sugar. Don't stress it.

Yes! They can absolutely be made in one. The best tip I have for you is blend your water/milk and greens together first, until there are no more chunks, and then add in your fruit/other things and blend it all together. It helps prevent you from getting bits of kale that you have to chew. I use a ninja blender, but I've…

Always press it first. I love tofu scrambles, but if you want cubed tofu, then the best idea is to freeze, defrost, press, marinate and bake.
