What is the best protein shake out there , i need more protein to gain my 25lbs ? All replies would help , i am 34 yrs old and stuck @ 140 lbs since 20 yrs old and want to be around 175 lbs

Anybody has some ideas on quick and easy protein meals and or snacks, I am lacking about 15% for my daily intake, I have a weird schedule as I have from 7 am to 4:00 pm to eat what I can and back at midnight finish off what I have left to eat night , all ideas would be appreciated

My cal is at 3180 per day but will see this week how I do and thanks for the protein advice will be going out this weekend and getting whey protein 5 LBS any other tips is much appreciated

I am eating 3 times a day and no restrictions also because of my high motablishism it's hard to do little workouts or exercises , I am Trying to reach 160 range and tone up my body
