I totally forgot about Kickboxing - and I am a martial artist myself. 12 years of Filipino stickfighting, Karate, grappling, etc. My wife used to take Kickboxing classes and they looked like a great workout.

I have been doing Crossfit for 3 years and can't begin to explain the feeling I get when I do a WOD that I know I really struggled with at the beginning. Constant improvement is great - but hard to maintain as the body adapts to your workouts. Thanks for sharing!

How did you come up with having a blood sugar of 55? What are you eating and when? Is the only exercise Cardio via treadmill? I would like to help you.

Diet Pepsi and Coke Zero...... I gave up soda for two years and got sucked back in this past summer. >:) The caffeine does help and carbonation helps keep me full and eat less.

Can you tell me what the shake recipe is? How much protein powder(brand also), plus what liquid and other additives you are putting in it? Am I correct that all you are eating is the shakes? How much walking?

Change up your exercise routine to confuse your body and shock it. Consider "Cardio HIIT" workouts - you can Google it. Not sure about your current diet and exercise.

45 years old. Getting older can be a struggle. Injury can create massive setbacks so you need to do lots of warm ups and pace yourself. I am trying to lower my body fat percentage to under 10%. Diet is at least 70% of it while working out is the other 30%. Add of you would like.

In all seriousness your butt - the glutes - is a muscle and can get sore like any other muscle. Stretching is good. Another option is to have someone stick their elbow on each side and massage it. Hurts? It should but will help. No joke!

Like it has been said go slow want to lose fat? Eat low carb. Consider the Paleo diet. You may lose more early on just don't get discouraged if it levels out. Good luck!
