  • thank you Roda :) Never thought about the exercises for seniors.....
  • I don't know if this will help anyone, but it is something I do now and then to maintain if I am unwell and can't eat right. I have 2 days where I eat normal, then 3rd day will reduce calories to under 800, then back to normal for next 2 days, then another day 800 or less, and always take a multi vit if you don't think…
  • Hate to say it but think only zero calorie things are diet pops, water, maybe some salad but not sure about that as hate the stuff, but I don't honestly know of any solid foods that have zero calories.
  • Don't know about the OP azul, but I have, was doctor that diagnosed me. Think it probably going to be walking and swimming for me. Maybe 1 day try the zumba, it looked good fun ;)
  • I'd be interested to hear some suggestions too, since I have nerve damage in hands, back & feet. I am good on diet side but exercise extremely limited at moment, something I'm trying to build on. Hope we get some good replies :)
