Skim milk is also full of sugar!!! They add it to give it taste. I'd stick to whole before drinking skim. I do almond milk, unsweetened.

It happens to the best of us! I had no real idea about food and calories a few years ago and was shocked when I started learning more about it. My favorite nachos are 1000 calories a serving!

That is a pain. I often put things in separately as best I can and it's not fun. Good luck!

Try roasting veggies! Radishes, carrots, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower. It makes them slightly sweet and delish! Toss in a small amount of olive oil and bake at 350 until brown or with kale until it's crispy. Good luck!
