  • i think i can go more agressive ive been starving for a while at 1500 and was able to function, im doing 1800 now so would 1800 be a reasonable number for my low day you think?

  • I'm doing pretty intense kettlebell training right now, not necessarly as much weight as regular weight lifting but its pretty demanding for me. Im using 2 20kg kettlebells and do 4 workouts per week (2 legs + 2 upper body). I usually can't talk after my workout because im out of breath ;)

  • I've been pretty much on the same plan for the past month but was at 1500cals, and only added 250 cals of exercices on mon,tues,thu and fri and felt like I needed to eat a bit more ;) I dont mind if it takes a bit longer to lose weight. I guess I will see as long as I dont gain weight I guess I'll be happy. Thanks
  • ok I see, 300 looks like a lot for the 1 hour walk, but Im really not sure how much im burning for that or the kettlebell working, I'll prob lower those indeed! thanks
