I ate a whole block of chocolate in one sitting today :( I then did 80 minutes on the exercise bike so I wouldn't completely ruin my day. Feel sick in the stomach now after all of that and lots of water.

I was under my calories after dinner so of course I made a mug cake and then was over (sigh). Thankfully it wasn't the biggest splurge but I was still wanting to be under today. Oh well tomorrow is another day!

Packet tortellini with homemade tomato sauce but I am actually eating 1 serving size not just a random bowl full.

Often I just can not be bothered doing a hard workout so just convince myself to walk the dog. If that is still too hard I make sure I drink a heap of water so at least I'm not so hungry.
