I love sweet potatoes!!!! I made some brown sugar-cinnamon butter (with a dash of vanilla extract) just for my sweet potatoes. I'm not as adventurous as y'all. I just like them baked with my special butter.

Ugghhh yes, benadryl! And you're right. It only helps me get to sleep, not stay asleep. I'll try switching to liquids. That just may help. Thanks a lot. I'm just wanting lunch to get here so I can go walking or shopping, or something.

I do have a semi-set bedtime. It's between 9:00 - 10:00, almost always 9:30. I sleep good for 3 - 4 hours then wake up and can't really get back to sleep. Then during the day, I am finding myself grazing, almost unconsciously, during the day to stay awake.

I have taken melatonin and Valerian root when I have been having insomnia for a few days, but this is the first day in the cycle, so I was kind of caught off guard. You know, I can't take that stuff at 1:30am, if I do, I wont be making it to work, that's for sure.

I have the regular Charge (not HR) and mine is very accurate. I have it synced to MFP and I have it on my non-dominant wrist. It sure as hell subtracts calories if I am not active enough and it will give me calories when I have walked. I have never gotten extra calories or steps from driving - not even playing Wii. I guess…

Because I have some errands and groceries to pick up. I try to do that stuff on my lunch so that I can go straight home to get a walk or work out in then. Plus, I hate coming back to work sweaty.

Try Bed, Bath & Beyond, they always have a 20% off coupon floating around, and they even let you use expired coupons. Also, try looking at Best Buy and Kohls. When I was looking for my Charge, I was looking everywhere.

Bumping this because I also work in an office and I am trying to get my steps up. I would like to make 10K at least 3 time a week, but with rain in the forecast for the duration of the week, I don't see outside walking as an option.

It's easier in the warmer months. I usually just wash and go every morning when I shower. I don't heat style my hair, so I don't blow dry or use curling/flat irons. I plop my hair from a t-shirt or towel. I have to make sure I deep condition though or else I have a dry frizzy mess on my hands.

Hey, just an FYI, Bed, Bath & Beyond sells FitBit, and they ALWAYS have 20% off coupons via email and regular mail. I saved about $60 in an envelope, used my coupon, and "paid" for the rest out of my bank account when I got my Charge.
